Twiddler

Here are the steps to upgrade your Twiddler 4 firmware:

1. Identify which firmware you are running by opening a Notepad app on the host device and pressing T0F1R on the Twiddler. The firmware version will be shown after the “ver=”. If you are running an earlier version of the firmware, proceed to the next steps.
2. Download and unzip the latest firmware here: Twiddler Firmware
3. Rename the bin file to Twiddler.bin
4. Put the Twiddler to Sleep by pressing T023

1. Enter Bootloader Mode. (T014 Touchpad Click)
2. Plug the Twiddler 4 into USB.
3. Copy Twiddler.bin to the Twiddler.
4. Unplug the USB Cable.
5. Green light will be rapidly blinking while programming. Wait until programming is complete.

1. Confirm the new firmware is running by opening a notepad on the host device and pressing T0F1R on the Twiddler. The firmware version will be shown after the “ver=”.
2. A quick troubleshooting tip, if you are getting a driver error on your host device after the upgrade, press T14F4R to Erase Bluetooth Pairs. You will need to re-pair Bluetooth Hosts again.
